Kraig Schexnayder discovered his passion for printing and customer service while working at Kinko's during his sophomore year at LSU, where he majored in Graphic Design. What started as a part-time job quickly grew into a his career path. After graduating, Kraig went on to manage multiple Kinko's locations across Louisiana and Texas, gaining invaluable experience. After 11 successful years in the industry, Kraig took the leap to start his own venture - DocuCenter in 2001.

Over 15 years ago, Victoria walked through the doors of DocuCenter simply looking for a job - but what she found was so much more. With hard work, dedication, and a natural talent for customer service and print production, she quickly became an essential part of the team. After decades in the printing industry, Kraig made the decision to step away from the print shop to explore new opportunities. While his presence is missed, the values he instilled remain strong. Victoria is committed to carring that legacy forward. With her dedication, experience, and genuine care for every customer, she ensures that DocuCenter remains a trusted and welcoming part of the Northshore community - where everyone still feels like family.
